There are seasons when life asks us to slow down, pay attention, and consider what we want to carry forward.

Two paths. One intention.

Counseling

Counseling provides a supportive, collaborative space to understand what is happening in your life, explore what may be keeping you stuck, and create meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety and worry, challenges with focus or attention, intrusive thoughts and patterns, periods of depression or low mood, grief and loss, trauma and its impact on the nervous system, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress and burnout, self-worth, or simply a desire to better understand themselves and grow with greater intention.

Coaching

Coaching is a future-focused, collaborative process for those seeking greater clarity, direction, confidence and intentional growth. Together, we will identify what matters most, explore what may be getting in the way, and create purposeful steps toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you want to cultivate next.

A thoughtful approach to meaningful change.

Therapy and coaching are not about becoming a different version of yourself. They are opportunities to better understand who you are, recognize patterns that shape how you move through the world, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we create space for insight and reflection while also developing practical tools you can carry into your everyday life.

You may be ready for something different.

You don’t need to have everything figured out- or even know exactly what needs to change- to begin. You may simply know that something feels unsettled, unsustainable, or ready for more attention.

Perhaps you’re navigating a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, repeating patterns you are ready to understand, or finding that the ways you’ve always managed life aren’t working quite as well anymore.

Or perhaps life is going relatively well, but your sense there is more clarity, connection, purpose, or growth available to you.

You don’t have to be in crisis to be ready for change.
