Counseling
Counseling offers a supportive space to understand what you’re experiencing, explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin creating meaningful change.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, burnout, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, counseling can provide a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and find a way forward.

How counseling works
Counseling begins with understanding where your are—what you’re experiencing, what feels difficult, and what you hope might be different.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that may be influencing how you think, feel, and respond, while developing practical tools to support meaningful change.
The pace and focus of counseling will be shaped by your individual needs, goals, and season of life you’re navigating.
Sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to engage in counseling from a private, comfortable space that works for you.
Investment
Investing in counseling is an intentional choice to make space for yourself—your healing, your growth, and the life you want to cultivate.
Counseling is offered on a self-pay basis. Upon request, I’m happy to provide documentation that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
